I love to knit. You all know that! From time to time, I get "hired" to knit a gift for a birthday...or in this case - Christmas.
This time I was asked to make a spiral scarf (no problemo!!) in green. Except, it should't be "too green" or pastel, or all one solid color, or too many colors. I asked if this customer would like to purchase the yarn herself and I'd give her guidelines or if she's like to voyage to the craft store with me. She declined both, saying that I knew best (which may be true).
Here's what I bought at A. C. Moore on Saturday...
If she doesn't like what I've done - the scarf could be up for sale. Or be a giveaway. We'll see. :-)
