Scones, Tea Buns and Biscuits; we have both sweet and savory recipes for brunch ideas, main courses, hors d'ouevres, desserts or just the perfect little treat with a cup of tea or coffee.
Our family always made plenty of raisin, orange and coconut tea buns to freeze for the holiday season, so many of these recipes will be perfect for your freezer and warmed a few at a time on those cold winter mornings. What could be better with some real dairy butter melting into them?
Always freeze tea buns, scones and biscuits as soon as they are cooled down out of the oven and reheat them wrapped in aluminum foil in a moderate oven and they will be almost as good as fresh baked. The microwave just doesn't cut it when it comes to warming up these tender, delicious morsels.
