St. Patrick's Day Dessert Round Up!

St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner!   I've been thinking about what desserts I can make for this holiday.  There are so many different options.  I could go with a green or mint theme to highlight the color scheme of this holiday.  Or I could go with a rainbow theme to embrace the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.  I could also do boozy desserts that use Bailey's, Irish Whiskey, or Guinness.   I'm not sure which theme I'm going with yet but here are some ideas to get you thinking about desserts for March 17th!

To help you out even more, I had a little help from some of my favorite foodie friends!  Here are some of their favorite St. Patrick's Day Desserts!

Brianne from Cupcakes and Kale has these adorable Lucky Charms Cupcakes to share.

Tanya from Lemons for Lulu has these festive green Pistachio Pudding Cookies.

Kalyee from Couponing and Cooking has this Lucky Leprechaun Bark that I know my students would love!

This Thin Mint Puppy Chow, shared by Aimee of Shugary Sweets, would be great to make with the kids!

Sarah from Fantastical Sharing of Recipes has an incredible recipe for my favorite milkshake of all time:  The Shamrock Shake!

These Rainbow Peanut Butter Cookie Cups, from Dorothy at Crazy for Crust, are the perfect start to any rainbow themed St. Patty's party!

Continuing on with the rainbow theme are these delightful individual Rainbow Heart Cakes from Lisa at Wine and Glue.

These Lucky Pots O' Gold cake pops, from Karyn of Pint Sized Baker, are almost too cute to eat!

Pot of Gold Cookies, from Alyssa of What's Cooking, Love?, are what I hope to find at the end of my rainbow!
