When the word chocolate comes to your mind your taste buds come to life. You can imagine the dark brown sweet substance which brings immense joy and satisfaction when you eat it. The love for it is spread across all age groups and gender. From a small child to an adult have a love for it. It's said that women have a love for them but men on the other hand too have a soft spot for them but are just too shy to admit it. It is such an addiction that you just can't get rid of it.

It is the best gift to give to someone on anniversaries, Valentine's Day or birthdays or on any other good occasion as it is loved by mostly everyone. Gifting a chocolate to someone shows your care and love for them. Birthdays are also celebrated with it. People prefer to cut cakes on their birthdays which are made from them. Let's see how they are really made .They are made from cocoa which grow on the cocoa trees. Cocoa trees are cultivated mostly in the tropical climates. The pods take about 5 -6 months to develop which contain around 30 to 40 cocoa beans in them. The cocoa beans are left for fermentation for several days. After the fermentation they are sun dried for many days. After the sun drying process they are sent to the factories. In the factories after cleaning the beans they are roasted at a temperature of 250 to 300 degrees depending on the quality and type of the cocoa beans. Then they are heated to melt the butter and are converted into a paste known as choco liquor. It is called liquor but it contains no alcohol in it.

Chocolates are known for their innovative shapes and designs. These shapes and designs are achieved using chocolate mould. They are trays mostly made of plastic which contain hollow shapes according to the shape you want to make. The molten liquor is put into these hollow shapes and is heated. After heating they are removed from the moulds and then the shape and design you want is ready and you can enjoy its slender sweet taste which takes you into a different world of sweetness and joy.
